Returns Policy

Damaged Goods

Please check parcel and goods for signs of damage prior to signing. If there are signs of damage, please make a note of this on the electronic signing device or form.

If goods are damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt either by telephone (01224 868864) or email info@kamaroma.co.uk.  Please note, we may require photographic evidence of damage.

We will either send out a replacement or offer you a refund. A replacement will be sent out at our cost and a refund will include the cost of postage.

Cancellation of Order

If you decide that you no longer wish to purchase the items that you have ordered, you have the right to cancel the order at any time up until 14 days after you have received the goods.

You must notify us in writing either by email (info@kamaroma.co.uk), text (07733885008) or letter at the address below within this time frame. Once this time has passed, cancellation will not be possible.

You must return the items, unopened and in their original packaging and fit for resale to us at the following address:

You are advised to obtain either proof of posting or a signed delivery for the return of any unwanted goods, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the cost of the original order but not the cost of the return postage. We will refund the original card against which the order was placed within 14 days.

Cancellation of Order – Bespoke Products

Please note that orders for goods that have been specifically manufactured for your personal use cannot be cancelled.
